About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the adoption of geospatial technology across Australia and the APAC region, enabling organisations to unlock the full value of location intelligence in their digital transformation journeys.

  • We are seeking an acknowledged authority in GIS technology who combines technical depth with commercial acumen and leadership capability.
Job Responsibilities
  • Architect and lead enterprise-level geospatial solutions using the ArcGIS platform and partner technologies.
  • Influence client strategies and purchasing decisions by delivering compelling solution designs and demonstrations.
  • Engage with executives, technical teams, and stakeholders to shape solutions that span cloud infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, enterprise asset management systems, and broader IT ecosystems.
  • Mentor and develop the Solution Engineering team, fostering innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise designing and delivering enterprise solutions with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro. They will also possess a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, enterprise IT environments, and integration with corporate systems (CRM, BI, EAM).

Requirements
  • A proven track record of senior consulting or presales experience with the ability to engage at executive levels and influence strategic outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • A passion for mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and fostering team capability.
  • A degree qualification (bachelor's or master's) in GIS, IT, or a related discipline - or equivalent industry experience.
