As part of our program, you'll gain hands-on experience working with Australia's largest electricity network, serving 2.25 million customers.

You'll develop future-focused technical, business, and leadership skills through challenging work assignments under the expert supervision of senior leaders and technical specialists. This is an excellent chance to grow professionally and personally, working towards becoming a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ).

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong academic record from an institution recognised within Australia, ideally with a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
  • An imaginative and motivated attitude, with a passion for engineering and a desire to succeed in your career.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an inclusive and supportive team environment.
  • The ability to think creatively, embrace diversity, and engage with others to learn and expand your knowledge.
