About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Design Draftsperson to join our dynamic team at Brandbank Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings for retail fitout projects, translating design concepts into precise visual representations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop concept and detailed technical drawings, ensuring adherence to company standards and compliance regulations.
  • Utilise AutoCAD, Revit or SolidWorks to produce precise and detailed drawings.
  • Collaborate with engineers, builders, project managers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Organise and maintain documentation, including draft files, revisions and final drawings.
  • Implement document control procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or diploma in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture or a related field. Bachelor's degree highly regarded.
  • 5+ years of experience in a drafting or related role, with a proven track record of producing accurate technical drawings.
  • Experience working across retail fitout projects, preferably.
  • Proficiency in drafting software.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to pick up on minor discrepancies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate and translate technical concepts to stakeholders outside the industry.
