Hospital Security Professional

This role is part of a security talent pool for ongoing and temporary positions. Security professionals are required to respond to assistance requests, promote a collaborative work environment, and provide emergency responses.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to help others, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing security services on hospital premises.
- Responding promptly to emergency situations and completing tasks as instructed.
- Maintaining effective working relationships with senior management and other stakeholders.
Key selection criteria include:
- National Security Licence 1A, driver's licence "C", and current first aid certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in security and customer service.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and complete patrols and security work during shifts.
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly in report writing and database entry.
