Job Overview

This is a senior-level position that requires experience in Identity Management and Governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, implement, and integrate Identity Management and Governance products with critical applications and infrastructure.
  • Follow approved lifecycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing.
  • Interact/coordinate with customers as required.
  • Assist operations team as required, coordinate with product engineering team.
  • Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support for direct and partner sales teams.
  • Conduct research, apply knowledge of competitive solutions to address reported issues.
  • Design, develop, manage enterprise roles within the platform, ensuring alignment with business processes, security policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Perform role mining to identify and create optimal role models, continuously refine roles to reflect changes or improve efficiency and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering with 4-8 years of relevant experience in IDAM.
  • Good understanding of design, development, customization, configuration, and deployment of Identity Management and Governance products.
  • Ability to understand and implement security enhancements in line with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Experience designing, deploying, implementing, and integrating with critical applications and infrastructure.
  • Ability to document design and testing, work within approved lifecycle methodologies.
  • Strong interaction/coordination with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with integrations between Saviynt's security and compliance solutions and IT infrastructure, including cloud services and enterprise applications.
