Role:
The primary objective of the Claims Officer is to ensure timely and efficient processing of outcome and progress payment claims, whilst maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process outcome and progress payment claims
- Maintain quality standards for claims processing
- Cultivate a solution-focused approach to achieve claims objectives
- Analyse data and results to optimize performance
- Collaborate with staff to find effective solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to interpret and apply policies effectively
- Capability to review documentary evidence in line with relevant guidelines
- High level data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills that allow engagement and building relationships with all staff
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines
