About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing tools and processes to monitor, operate, and scale ground infrastructure to millions of users worldwide.

  • Design Systems: Develop robust, scalable, maintainable, and adaptable systems that meet the evolving needs of our service.
  • Build Critical Infrastructure: Design and build critical infrastructure, tools, and procedures to monitor ground infrastructure and ensure seamless performance.
  • Integrate with Existing Systems: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our systems with existing trouble ticketing, dashboards, and metrics tools and services.
  • Measure and Improve Performance: Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize system availability and reliability.
