Workplace Relations Specialist

As a workplace relations specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation on employment advisory, general protections, unfair termination, enterprise bargaining, and work health and safety matters.
This role requires a deep understanding of employment and safety legislation, as well as the ability to apply commercial acumen in client service situations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice and representation on employment advisory, general protections, unfair termination, enterprise bargaining, and work health and safety matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional client service.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment and safety legislation and advise clients accordingly.
- 2-5 years' experience in workplace relations, employment, and safety from a reputable firm.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent client service skills.
- Deep knowledge of employment and safety legislation.
