Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated administration clerk to join our customer-focused team at North West Private Hospital.
About the Role
This is an exciting and pivotal role where your team and customer services skills will be highly valued. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with staff, customers, and the general public performing reception and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Previous administrative experience in a hospital/medical setting is desirable.
- Required to work across all areas of the hospital.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and health funds is highly regarded.
- A professional and personable disposition.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to learn and the ability to grasp concepts with ease.
- Experience using Meditech is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills.
What We Offer
A base hourly rate from $28.91 + superannuation, + casual loading based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. (Grade 2 Year 1)
