Mobile Outreach Team Manager

The Intensive Mobile Outreach Stream (IMOS) provides a range of services including assessment, treatment, and care coordination. As Team Manager, you will be responsible for clinical leadership and ensuring the team delivers high-quality outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience working in a multidisciplinary team led by consultant psychiatrists.
You will be based in Dandenong but required to travel within the Monash Health catchment area. The core business hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working with families and young people with complex mental health needs.
Monash Health offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $135,000 per annum, plus salary packaging benefits. You will also receive on-going supervision and professional development opportunities.
