About this Role

This role involves providing a professional and efficient service on all aspects of people management and strategy. It includes partnering with senior staff to identify priorities and recommend solutions in relation to organisational development, culture and change.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in human resource management or a related field.
  • Ability to analyse people issues and relate them to commercial outcomes.
  • Coaching/Mentoring skills.
  • Linking people strategy and initiatives at a business unit level to the success of an organisation.
  • Analyse people issues affecting business unit performance and make changes to demonstrably improve issues.
  • A strong generalist HR background working across the employment lifecycle with knowledge of HR specialisms.
  • Solid experience investigating and managing workplace grievances and complaints.
  • Evidence of delivering change in complex environments.
  • Account management (i.e. monitoring and managing the quality of services).
