An exciting, rare and high risk industry
- Contract until June
- $150-160k TRP

Join a well recognised, well established and successful international organisation as an on site leader as a HSE & Wellbeing Manager.

Liaising with Directors, Executives and Government Officials, you will be responsible for:

- All Health, Safety and Environmental procedures in the workplace and implementing programs across construction and other works
- Driving risk management and providing support, education and training to varying business units
- Develop strategies to proactively influence safety culture whilst identifying hazards and conducting risk assessments
- Investigate incidents and coordinate rehabilitation and effective return to work activities where required

To be successful you will:

- A Diploma in Occupational Health required as minimum
- Existing experience within a high-risk industry including construction
- Display confident leadership qualities with the proven ability to influence safety
- Be self managed, proactive and have proven experience responding to unpredictable events
