Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Aged and Home Care Worker to join our team in Nambucca Heads, Bellingen, Urunga, and Macksville. Our team delivers quality in-home care supporting our customers to maintain well-being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible.

A typical day assisting our customers to live their best lives may include:

  • Assistance with personal care
  • Domestic assistance
  • Assisted shopping/client appointments
  • Respite care
  • Meal preparation
  • Social support and community engagement
Responsibilities
  • Available for shifts across Monday to Sunday between 8am and 6pm with weekend availability a must
  • Studying or completed a minimum Certificate III in a health-related industry (Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing etc.)
  • Qualification in First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain
  • Willingness to get physical and help with domestic work – Mopping, vacuuming, washing, general cleaning
  • Genuine desire and ability to connect and develop a meaningful relationship
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
  • Current Driver's License
  • Full Comprehensive Car Insurance, or willing to obtain
