Job Title: Home Support Care Worker

Are you passionate about supporting individuals to maintain their independence and well-being? We are seeking an experienced Home Support Care Worker to join our team in Nambucca Heads, Bellingen, Urunga, and Macksville.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide domestic assistance including cleaning and laundry
  • Accompany clients on shopping trips and appointments
  • Offer respite care for carers
  • Prepare meals for clients
  • Engage clients in social activities and promote community participation
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum Certificate III in a health-related industry, such as Individual Support, Aged Care or Nursing. You must also hold a current First Aid and CPR qualification, or be willing to obtain one.

A genuine desire and ability to build meaningful relationships with clients is essential. You will work flexible shifts across Monday to Sunday between 8am and 6pm, with weekend availability required.
