Job Description:

  • We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Aged Care Worker to join our team. As an Aged Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to elderly clients in their own homes.
  • Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities
  • Provide domestic assistance and household management
  • Accompany clients on shopping trips and appointments
  • Offer respite care and social support
  • Prepare meals and engage in conversation and companionship

Requirements:

  • Available to work shifts across Monday to Sunday between 8am and 6pm
  • Studying or completed a minimum Certificate III in a health-related industry (Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing etc.)
  • Qualification in First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to physically assist with domestic work and tasks
  • Genuine desire and ability to connect with and develop meaningful relationships with clients
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
  • Current Driver's License
  • Full Comprehensive Car Insurance, or willingness to obtain
