
Senior Administrative Coordinator

As a key member of our operational team, you will provide vital support for the Service Department. Your primary role will be to assist in the administration and coordination of service activities, ensuring seamless delivery of customer services.
Responsibilities include:
- Clerical duties: Maintain accurate records, manage work orders, and coordinate with customers and technicians.
- Operational tasks: Support the Service Operations Manager with administrative responsibilities, maintain high-quality customer relationships, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Service-related duties: Provide exceptional customer service, maintain phone interactions, and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
- Quality assurance: Contribute to achieving ISO 9001 quality accreditation by adhering to established procedures and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Health and safety: Ensure a safe working environment by conducting risk assessments and implementing procedures to mitigate hazards.

Requirements
