Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and receivership of energy products, ensuring accurate and successful delivery to internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehousing and supply chain operations, with experience in receiving, storage, yard management, preservation, accuracy, and delivery of inventory/equipment. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and shipments.
  • Oversee warehouse and yard duties/projects as assigned.
  • Perform data entry into respective systems timely and accurately.
  • Execute 6S plan and perform physical inventory and asset verification (CC/API).
  • Provide coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence.

Requirements:

  • High School Certificate or equivalent Diploma with at least 2 years' experience in warehousing/supply chain.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 kgs and operate a forklift while loading/unloading freight.
  • Basic written communication skills.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic math and have basic PC skills.
