Job Title: Premier Meat Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to head our meat department. As a Premier Meat Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of butchers, creating rosters, generating orders, and ensuring seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team of butchers to ensure excellent customer service and efficient sales growth
  • Create effective rosters and generate accurate orders to meet customer demand
  • Conduct regular stock takes and implement cost-saving measures to optimize inventory levels
  • Roster teams accurately to meet business needs and maximize productivity
  • Develop strong relationships with team members and management to foster a collaborative work environment
  • Merchandise products effectively to drive sales growth and enhance store visual appeal
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a hands-on approach to ensure high-quality customer service
Requirements
