Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative tasks related to client experience, including pre-event communications.
  • Handle exhibitor enquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Develop a holistic understanding of clients and their needs, managing ongoing communications between clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with sales and delivery teams to acquire required information from clients and assist during event delivery.
