About the Opportunity

This is a short-term role that will provide a valuable experience across the full life cycle of human resources and within the human services and not-for-profit sector. As a People and Culture Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all human resources enquiries, managing multiple communication channels and providing support to both employees and managers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, produce, receive, and file all employment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy and quality standards.
  • Facilitate onboarding and off-boarding processes, playing a key role in the employee lifecycle.
  • General reporting and active participation in team meetings and projects will also be part of your responsibilities.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a keen eye for detail, great organisational skills, and the ability to work to agreed timelines. You will be a problem solver, able to prioritise workloads, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders is second nature to you, and you thrive in a supportive team environment.

You May Be

An experienced administrator/coordinator or you may be studying towards qualifications in Business or Human Resources. Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is important. You will bring a flexible attitude and a commitment to providing a thorough service.
