About the Receptionist Role
The Centre Management Office at Merrylands Shopping Centre seeks a skilled Receptionist to provide administrative support to the centre team and retailers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Centre management office, receiving and managing initial phone calls and actions.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Centre management team, including managing tenant enquiries and payments.
- Support with general ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as data collection, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Maintain effective records control and file management systems.
Requirements:
- Solid frontline reception or administration experience with a strong customer service focus.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Competent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Word.
- Experience using record management systems and ability to learn new software packages quickly.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or autonomously.
