Product Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to support product availability and stock management across our Merchandise team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and preparing purchasing recommendations using Buying Plan and WSSI/WIZZY data, and raising accurate purchase orders in line with approved open-to-buy and sales trends.
  • Coordinating daily and weekly allocations from assigned DC(s) to stores, considering sales performance, stock levels, range assortments, and visual merchandising requirements.
  • Analyzing SKU-level data to identify risks and opportunities; recommending and executing stock transfers, markdowns or promotional boosts to support store performance.
  • Managing end-to-end stock flow for a designated region or DC zone, including PO validation, stock intake and dispatch coordination, liaising with Logistics as needed.
  • Engaging directly with Stores (Retail) and Logistics teams to troubleshoot stock issues, clarify product movements, and ensure alignment on allocation priorities.
