We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Expert to create an inviting shopping environment by showcasing our furniture and homewares through strategic merchandising. This expert will be responsible for ensuring the store upholds visual presentation, replenishment, cleanliness, safety, and back-of-house standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visually appealing store displays and layouts
  • Replenish merchandise in a timely manner to maintain an inviting shopping experience
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment
  • Support opening and closing procedures, register operations, and back-office tasks to provide operational support to the store management team
  • Use effective selling techniques and in-depth product knowledge to drive sales and achieve KPIs
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' retail or visual merchandising experience
  • Strong eye for detail, layout, and brand presentation
  • Great communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work hands-on
  • Flexible availability, including after-hours setups and peak trading periods
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to be mobile in the store and back-of-house areas, including standing for long periods
  • Ability to climb ladders and use other equipment in line with safety standards
  • Ability to lift and mobilise medium to large items, up to 30kg, while utilising appropriate equipment and safety techniques
