As a Lead Metal Fabricator, you'll play a crucial role in the assembly and welding of various metal components. Your expertise will ensure the quality and durability of our products.

About This Role

You will perform high-pressure tasks, including welding, cutting, and shaping metals. Your attention to detail will guarantee precision and accuracy in your work.

The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, utilizing techniques such as MIG, TIG, and SMAW based on project requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare materials for fabrication, including cutting, grinding, and shaping metals to precise measurements.
  • Maintain correct consumables, feeds, amperages, and preheat in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Fabricate piping and components in sequence to eliminate shrinkage and distortion.
  • Remove tack welds, clean, and restore weld preparations where necessary.
  • Follow quality control systems and techniques.
  • Interpret engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications, and standards.
