Job Title: Claims Officer
We are seeking an experienced Claims Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management of claims-related activities.
About the JobThis is a full-time, fixed-term contract opportunity with a 7.25-hour day schedule from Monday to Friday. You will be based in Woonona, Singleton, or Speers Point with onsite parking available. A hybrid working arrangement will be considered after a training period.
- Efficiently manage claims-related administration and customer-service activities.
- Accurately and timely process accounts payments.
- Register claims and provide early notifications.
- Manage customer claims administration, mail, phone enquiries, and file management effectively.
- Effective management of claims administration and customer service activities.
- Timely payment of accounts and accurate registration of claims.
- Provision of excellent customer service through effective communication and complaint resolution.
- Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and files.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Business Administration Certificate (essential).
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Adobe and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
