Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Milwaukee Product team on a Fixed Term basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute product roadmaps, conducting market research and analysis, and leading cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to achieving the Milwaukee sales budget through effective product management and strategic planning.
  • Manage the product life cycle, including ongoing range maintenance and new product development, to meet business requirements.
  • Provide market research and analysis to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Team to ensure accurate inventory planning and management.
  • Ensure TTI operations system (SAP) is updated in full at time of product launch.
  • Represent Milwaukee Tools at industry conferences and events to drive market exposure and growth.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to liaise with and present concepts to management and external agencies.
  • Strong people skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and a can-do attitude.
