Strategic Policy Advisor

We are seeking a Strategic Policy Advisor to join our team. As an EL1 Policy Officer, you will play a key role in shaping strategic thinking by coordinating, analysing and advising on the electricity market and related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and analyse policy initiatives to inform decision-making.
- Provide clear advice and analysis to senior stakeholders.
- Built strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve results.
- Identify opportunities for reform and recommend innovative solutions.
- Lead and manage direct reports to prioritise wellbeing, progression and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in economics, finance, law, public policy or related disciplines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and build team capabilities.
