Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated purchasing professional to join our team in a National Purchasing role. In this position, you will support our purchasing activities and ensure the accuracy of our ERP system.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with routine and non-routine orders, supplier coordination, and monitoring deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate ERP data by updating inventory settings, price books, and part numbers.
  • Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare Advanced Shipment Notifications (ASNs) and support warehouse operations.
  • Investigate and resolve supply or delivery issues such as delays, incorrect or damaged goods.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement and ERP systems.
  • Ideally, an understanding of engineering principles.
  • Analytical, organised, and detail focused.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
