Job Overview

This role involves working in a high-performing team to service and maintain complex building automation systems and associated equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with building performance and energy efficiency solutions, as well as skills in IT, network communication, and PC hardware configuration.

  • Supporting day-to-day operations for breakdowns and contract servicing
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, implementing effective solutions
  • Quoting and small project management
  • System diagnostics of BMS controls and HVAC systems
  • Timely fault analysis and rectification of technical issues

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with building performance and energy efficiency solutions
  • Skills in IT, network communication, and PC hardware configuration
  • 3+ years' experience in building controls post-apprenticeship
  • Commercial HVAC operational experience
  • Excellent communications skills and customer service
  • A passion to drive front-line safety identification and resolution
  • An electrical license or restricted electrical license would be preferred
  • A full driver's license
