Strategic Sourcing Manager

 As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial outcomes for customers and stakeholders by managing end-to-end sourcing processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings, improved payment terms, and enhanced customer experience
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective sourcing solutions
  • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless communication and alignment
  • Manage RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and contract finalization to achieve desired outcomes

 

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial procurement experience with proven ability to drive outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build and maintain relationships at senior levels
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain Operations, or Engineering
  • Experience in leading successful commercial negotiations and strategy development
