Procurement Strategist Role

This is an opportunity to lead sourcing and supplier management initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive category strategies that align with business goals. Our ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and/or strategic sourcing, with a strong knowledge of marketing vendors, strategies, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead insourcing and outsourcing initiatives.
  • Owning sourcing and supplier management for large category groups.
  • Partner with procurement and cross-functional leaders to design and implement category strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of procurement and/or strategic sourcing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience in marketing procurement or sourcing, with strong knowledge of marketing vendors, strategies, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with procurement tools such as Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay practices.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration across teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage complex supplier relationships across the organization, anticipating future needs and developing solutions that create long-term value.
  • Build cross-functional consensus and lead strategic supplier relationship reviews (QBRs) to ensure service quality and performance.
