Job Description

We are seeking a strategic sourcing professional to join our team as a Sourcing Manager.

About the Role:
  • Support the development and implementation of value-added sourcing initiatives to drive efficiency and deliver cost savings.
  • Contribute to own brand volume and share growth by supporting strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Drive alignment of sourcing strategies with enterprise priorities and the strategic blueprint.
  • Identify and deliver 'right-fit' supplier partnerships focused on value creation, supply security, sustainability, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement sourcing strategies to drive added value within the wider own brand function.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business units to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align priority, governance, and benefit realization.
  • Enhance supplier collaboration for end-to-end reviews, packaging, and product efficiency, and cost input analysis.
About You:

We are looking for a commercial professional with strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, value-driven thinking, and complex negotiations.

  • Proven experience within the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Experience in complex commercial negotiations across multiple categories, jurisdictions, and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong people skills and proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking with the ability to operate in a dynamic, customer-driven retail environment.
  • Developed presentation and facilitation skills.
