About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Director to lead our quality function and drive business excellence. Reporting directly to the Executive Team, this role is responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies that align with the company's overall vision.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality policies, procedures, and programs that meet or exceed regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues, improve processes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain quality records, including training records, audit reports, and nonconformance reports.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of leading quality initiatives that have resulted in significant improvements in quality performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as engineering, business, or quality assurance.
  • Certifications, such as Six Sigma Black Belt or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, such as aerospace or automotive.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
