Job Title: Senior Medical Affairs Director

About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Medical Affairs Director to lead our Therapeutic Area Program Management team at CSL. In this role, you will be responsible for the optimal utilization and maintenance of our existing technology and systems for global medical affairs, including integrating new technology opportunities to meet the strategic needs of Medical Affairs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic plan for all MA activities requiring a platform approach to ensure utilization across the globe.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency by using state-of-the-art technology and benchmarking across the industry.
  • Lead the administration, training, maintenance, and enhancements of all systems utilized by MA, including Veeva, Cyber grants, and Pubs hub.

Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need an advanced medical and/or scientific degree (masters or higher) with 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotherapeutics industry experience. You must also have experience building and leading matrixed teams in a global organization and have strong problem-solving skills, strategic capabilities, project management, planning, and organization skills.
