Estimator - Civil/Landscape Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in QLD. This role involves working full-time from our office in Eagle Farm.

At Glascott Landscape and Civil, we specialize in large-scale landscape and civil construction projects for builders, government bodies, developers, architects, and contractors across various locations. Our passion lies in creating beautiful spaces that leave a lasting legacy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing submissions to clients for expressions of interest
  • Tendering on varied Local Government and Infrastructure projects
  • Allocating estimating resources to specific tender requirements
  • Assisting with the incorporation of OHS & QA requirements in tenders
  • Planning, coordinating, collating, reviewing, and submitting tenders
  • Conducting post-tender negotiations
  • Making new contacts and developing existing relationships

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' full-time estimating experience
  • Prior experience within the Landscape Construction industry is preferable
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of 'Benchmark' Estimating Software and Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A drive to grow and a team-player attitude
  • Full working rights in Australia
