We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our QLD team. This role will be based full time from our Office in Eagle Farm.

For more than 37 years' we have specialised in large scale landscape and civil construction projects for builders, government bodies, developers, architects, and contractors across Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra.

Responsibilities include:

  • Organising submissions to clients for expressions of interest
  • Tendering on varied Local Government and Infrastructure projects
  • Allocate estimating resources to specific tender requirements
  • Assisting with the incorporation of OHS & QA requirements in tenders
  • Plan, coordinate, collate, review and submit tenders
  • Conducting post tender negotiations
  • Making new contacts and developing existing relationships

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years' full-time estimating experience
  • Prior experience within the Landscape Construction industry preferable
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of "Benchmark" Estimating Software and Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A drive to grow and a team-player attitude
  • Full working rights in Australia
