Position Overview:
Serve as a strategic financial partner, championing and executing comprehensive strategies that enhance financial performance and overall business outcomes across the property. Drive profit enhancement initiatives across all operational departments, fostering an environment where you can make a tangible difference. Provide insightful advice to the General Manager and Executive Committee regarding ongoing and emerging financial and operational challenges, emphasizing that each issue demands a tailored solution. Develop an annual operating budget for the property, offering analytical support during budget discussions to pinpoint cost-saving and productivity improvement opportunities for property management. Ensure the accuracy of the profit and loss statement and balance sheet, with all account balances substantiated by appropriate documentation. Demonstrate adaptability in response to the hotel's cash flow and ownership priorities. Guarantee compliance with management contracts and reporting obligations. Oversee the processes for internal, external, and regulatory audits. Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures while embodying the core values of the hotel. Manage the property's working capital and cash flow in alignment with brand standard operating procedures and ownership requirements. Generate precise forecasts that enable operational teams to respond effectively to business fluctuations.About You:
