Warehouse Operator Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to join our team in Cairns, QLD.

  • This is a full-time position based at our Gyprock Trade Centre, where you will deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence within the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion a safe working environment and adhere to our zero-harm policy.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Assist with day-to-day activities within the warehouse, including stock movements and maintenance.
  • Load trucks with customer orders for distribution and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
  • Unload inbound orders of stock.
  • Serve customers in the warehouse, loading their vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
  • Ensure documentation, labeling, and presentation of products meet our high standards.
  • Participate in warehouse operations, including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.

A forklift license is required for this role.
