Job Title: Mechanical Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Manager to lead our mechanical division in a fast-growing construction company. As the organisation expands, this is a unique opportunity to build and shape a department from the ground up within an established business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage the mechanical division
  • Lead mechanical design, coordination, and installation for residential, commercial and modular projects
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team as the division grows
  • Work closely with directors and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Input into strategic decisions and future planning
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical services within construction or modular builds. They will be comfortable leading teams, overseeing projects, and liaising with clients and subcontractors.

  • Able to take ownership of the division's growth, structure, and success
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
