Mechanical Fitter Supervisor

**Our Opportunity**

NEPEAN Engineering & Innovation have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to supervise our Fitting shop team. This position is a full-time opportunity based in Narellan, NSW.

Your daily duties include, however, are not limited to;
- Take full responsibility for the supervision of all works conducted in your remit.
- Liaising with Project Managers, Supervisors and Checkers o manage the QA/QC requirements of all current projects.
- Encourage employee compliance in relation to the completion of records for all plant and equipment throughout the workshop.
- Undertake employee Verifications of Competency (VOC) when required and ensure all team members comply with relevant safety and quality standards.

**The Right Person**
- Relevant trade qualification (Cert III Engineering - Mechanical Trade).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Mechanical Fitter position.
- 2+ years’ proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in machine assembly and disassembly.
- Comfortable adhering to and enforcing all relevant standards in the workplace (CC3, ISO3834, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001).
- Valid Forklift license.
