FOCUS Connect is seeking a dedicated Aged Care Team Leader to oversee and drive the operations of our Aged Care division at our Campbelltown Head Office.

**About the Role**

With the upcoming Aged Care Reforms in July 2025, this role will also involve ensuring compliance, leading change, and improving service delivery to meet evolving industry standards. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with strong operational management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Growth**:Drive operations, build stakeholder relationships, identify growth opportunities, and manage day-to-day division activities.
- ** Client Care**: Lead the team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, ensure compliance, handle client feedback, and engage with the community.
- ** Financial Oversight**: Manage client budgets, work closely with leadership, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- ** Compliance & Quality**: Maintain audit readiness, lead continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- ** Leadership**: Supervise, recruit, and develop your team, manage training, and ensure workforce planning aligns with care needs.
- ** Workplace Safety**: Ensure safe work practices, manage risk assessments, and support workplace injury recovery.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Proven experience in leadership and operational management within the Aged Care sector.
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in budgeting and financial management.

**Essential Criteria**
- Tertiary qualification in Health Service Management or business-related discipline and/or experience in a similar role
- High level of oral and written communication
- Strong networking and business development skills and experience
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Proficient business and financial acumen
