We are seeking a dedicated Risk and Compliance Officer to support our organisation's risk management and compliance efforts.

This pivotal role involves working closely with leaders across the organisation to ensure that our risk management and compliance frameworks are maintained, refined, and enhanced.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Risk Assessment: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to assess and analyze risks that the organisation may face.
  • Risk Reporting and Register Maintenance: Develop and maintain an effective risk reporting framework.
  • Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with relevant teams to develop strategies for mitigating identified risks.
  • Compliance: Manage and maintain the compliance framework and calendar to ensure the organisation aligns with regulatory, legal, reporting, and training obligations and industry best practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience spanning at least 3 years in a similar Risk and Compliance role, strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to liaise effectively with external agencies and regulators, strong organisational and analytical skills, and a proactive and can-do attitude.

As a Risk and Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organisation's risk management and compliance efforts, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
