Strategic Risk and Compliance Specialist

As a key member of our organization, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the highest standards of risk management and compliance across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a diverse team to conduct Integrated Management System reviews, driving process improvements and enhancing our overall performance.
- Perform regular internal audits to verify compliance with certifications such as ISO9001, 14001, HACCP, and Heavy Vehicle Accreditations, ensuring we maintain our rigorous standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by conducting periodic reviews of processes across the group, fostering an environment of innovation and growth.
- Support the Senior Specialist in Risk in administering our enterprise risk management framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in HSEQ, Quality Management Systems, or risk-related roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in performing external or internal audits, with expertise in risk assessments and facilitating risk workshops.
