Highly Skilled Records Manager Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team.
This role will be responsible for managing contracts, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing contracts, including payment of invoices and preparation of contract variations
- Monitoring team inquiries and responding where able or collaborating with senior staff when providing advice
- Developing standard operating procedures, checklists, forms, and templates to ensure our records management unit remains contemporary
- Performing a range of office management activities
Requirements:
- Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Contemporary knowledge and experience relevant to the role
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service and people skills
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
