The Position
  • Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and café-style menu items in a dynamic, open kitchen setting.
  • Manage daily food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen organization with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene at all times.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and provide excellent customer interaction in an open kitchen.
  • Support the front-of-house team during busy periods (plating, running food, light customer service).
  • Collaborate effectively with a small team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences.
About You
  • Proven experience as a chef, cook, or culinary specialist (café or restaurant background).
  • Comfortable working in an open kitchen with customer visibility and exposure.
  • Strong multitasking ability, confidence under pressure, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to support both kitchen and front-of-house teams when required.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Positive attitude, effective communication, and a strong work ethic.
