Key Role in Sales Performance

We are seeking ambitious individuals with a passion for sales and the health and fitness industry to join our team as Sales Performance Specialists.

This is a rewarding opportunity to achieve sales targets by prospecting through phone calls to generate opportunities and build a pipeline. Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain a strong customer base, achieving key performance indicators relating to sales volume, order volume, and customer experience ratings.

About the Role:
  • Achieve sales targets by prospecting through phone calls to generate opportunities and build a pipeline (leads provided)
  • Maintain and grow a customer base while exceeding key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • Past experience in the health and fitness industry, preferably with knowledge of gym and fitness equipment
  • Ability to develop a pipeline of leads through outbound calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills with MS office competency
  • Experience using CRMs
