Driscoll's is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic organisation on a 12-month contract. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and collaborating on marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Digital Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to drive online engagement and conversions.
- Manage Social Media Presence: Oversee the development and implementation of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create Engaging Content: Design and produce high-quality marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and written content, to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Global Communications Team: Work closely with the global communications team to ensure alignment with global marketing initiatives and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Track and Report on Key Performance Indicators: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing or Related Discipline: A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
- Previous Experience in a Similar Role: A proven track record in a marketing role, with experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Demonstrated Experience with Creative Design Software: Proficiency in creative design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to Think Creatively and Innovatively: A creative and innovative approach to marketing, with a focus on developing engaging and effective marketing campaigns.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
