We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Communities Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of integrated marketing strategies and practices across Melbourne West communities.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Marketing team in executing local marketing plans and key initiatives, including national and local marketing and sales campaigns, land release activity, and project events.
- Assist with brand and product positioning strategies, content development, and management for online and offline channels.
- Manage project collateral and maintenance, digital channel maintenance, and develop strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Provide support to the team for project budget management and assist with delivering a superior customer experience at critical points of the customer journey.
We are looking for someone who is keen to access learning and development opportunities and build their career development plan. The ideal candidate will have:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field.
- Marketing experience, including production of marketing materials and project management.
- Strong communications skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure to meet agreed deadlines.
