Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote Farm Credit Services' products and services.
  2. Support the marketing team in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
  5. Assist in the creation and maintenance of the company's website and other digital platforms.
  6. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Junior status or above.
  3. Strong administrative skills, exceptional organizational and technology skills.
  4. Proficient use of grammar and business communication (both oral and written), and ability to create/update reports, presentations and correspondence.
  5. Detailed-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, creative, and strong work ethic.
  6. Must have a 3.00 GPA or higher.
  7. Highly motivated and energetic.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in Marketing is preferred; agricultural and/or rural ties are a plus.
  2. Experience with content development and blog writing.
  3. Experience with development of social media campaigns.
Skills:
  1. Detailed-oriented with strong organization and multi-tasking capabilities.
  2. Ability to participate in and lead teammates to successful achievement of project objectives.
  3. Ability to communicate (verbal and written) appropriately based on target audience.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills; able to maintain good rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with customers and those outside the department.
  5. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  6. Knowledge of social media tools (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  7. Knowledge of content creation tools like Canva and/or Adobe CC.
  8. Strong creative capabilities.

  3. Capable of identifying and completing tasks independently, and reporting on progress, with a sense of urgency and ownership.
