Your New Role

As our newest Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global marketing and brand initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing team, Creative, and eCommerce teams, you will be responsible for executing and supporting campaigns that drive brand and commercial objectives.

You will be involved in all aspects of brand and marketing strategy, from developing and executing marketing campaigns and product launches to managing advertising, influencer activities, and brand experiences. Your efforts will help raise brand awareness and ensure seamless brand experiences and campaign executions, all while contributing to our mission of sustainability.

Your Day to Day

  • Develop, manage, and execute global integrated marketing campaigns that align with our brand vision.
  • Execute influencer and content creator campaigns and paid media partnerships that drive brand engagement.
  • Support and maintain the Global Marketing Calendar and Channel Plan to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), gather insights, and implement post-campaign reporting to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Act as a brand guardian for internal and external partners, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and experiences.
  • Manage and optimize key cyclical processes, such as campaign planning and approvals, to ensure efficient marketing operations.
  • Conceptualize, brief, and produce content across Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Website to engage our target audience.
  • Track function-specific budgets and invoicing to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with Creative, PR, Digital, eCommerce, Wholesale, and Operational teams to drive cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Share global competitor analysis, sustainability news, market insights, and consumer trends to inform marketing strategies.

What You Need

  • A highly motivated, self-starter with up to 3 years' experience in a marketing team, preferably in the FMCG, lifestyle, or fashion/beauty industries.
  • Campaign management experience and understanding of social media and digital marketing metrics to drive brand engagement.
  • Proven project management skills with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and think creatively to drive innovative marketing solutions.
